1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    • If the item received is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
  • Incorrect Item Received:
    • If you received the wrong product, please provide proof, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Missing Items:
    • If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and package photos.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Items purchased by mistake (buyer’s remorse).
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
  • Personalized or customized items.
  • Items returned without prior approval.

3. Return Process

If your return request meets our eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First:
    • Email us at support@dognotion.com with your order number, issue details, and photos/videos as proof.
  2. Await Approval:
    • Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
  3. Shipping the Item Back:
    • Returns may need to be shipped to our supplier’s designated warehouse.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the issue is due to our error.
  4. Processing the Refund:
    • Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

4. Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds are only issued for approved cases after the return has been received and verified.
  • In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund.
  • If eligible, replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, please contact us. We will work with our supplier to track your package and provide a resolution.
