1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If the item received is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
- Incorrect Item Received:
- If you received the wrong product, please provide proof, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- Missing Items:
- If an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and package photos.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Items purchased by mistake (buyer’s remorse).
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Items returned without prior approval.
3. Return Process
If your return request meets our eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
- Contact Us First:
- Email us at support@dognotion.com with your order number, issue details, and photos/videos as proof.
- Await Approval:
- Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if applicable.
- Shipping the Item Back:
- Returns may need to be shipped to our supplier’s designated warehouse.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the issue is due to our error.
- Processing the Refund:
- Once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
4. Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds are only issued for approved cases after the return has been received and verified.
- In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund.
- If eligible, replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
6. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated shipping time, please contact us. We will work with our supplier to track your package and provide a resolution.
